The ninth day of the ninth lunar month is a traditional Chinese festival called Double Ninth Festival. The Double Ninth Festival is officially designated as a folk festival in Tang Dynasty. Then it's been going on for thousands of years.
There is no longer any custom of wearing cornel on the Double Ninth Festival, but many people will cilmb mountains, admire chrysanthemums and appreciate the beautiful scenery of autumn.
And in 1989, the Chinese government designated this day as "old people's day" to advocate the whole society to establish the respect, care and help to the elderly.
On the festival,our company took part in the public service activity actively. Handing out our company`s products, watching shows and playing interactive games with the elderly.These activities brought the warmth like family to the elderly.we'd love to do things like this to serve and contribute to society.
